Jon Brooks is a sculptor and furniture maker known for the poetic imagery of his work. He has exhibited widely in the United States and abroad and his work in the permanent collections of numerous museums, including the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian Institution, and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York. Jon graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with B.F.A. and M.F.A. degrees in 1967. He lives and works in New Boston, New Hampshire.
