Malcolm Ray is a self-taught woodworker whose current obsession is turning.  He began by working for his father, who was a contractor and has been making traditionally-inspired furniture for over 45 years. His turning interests range from utilitarian bowls to original art pieces, and his work is exhibited at galleries throughout New England. Mac Lives in Damariscotta, Maine and teaches turning for the Nine-month Comprehensive.
